Core Objectives:
• Establish metrics to track the performance of the subscription service, set revenue and growth targets for the program
• Collaborate with Marketing to conceive and implement innovative and effective marketing promotions/strategies to increase subscription rates
• Increase member retention rates and customer satisfaction for subscription products
• Increase product value by championing new and innovative subscriber-only site features based on community surveys, user demand, and feedback
• Continuously optimize e-commerce transaction paths, SEO channels, and marketing pages for subscription initiatives to increase conversion rates
• Establish relationships with third party vendors for subscriber-only services and discounts
• Create cost-effective off-site communication strategies to promote the subscription program (PR, meet and greets, event attendance)
• Keep senior management informed of subscription program performance and developments
Requirements:
• 3+ years working in or directly managing a suite of subscription or eCommerce products
• Experience in leading Internet products with profit and loss responsibilities
• Experience in user-centric product development and design
• Background in multivariate product testing, SEO, SEM, email, and social media marketing
• Strong analytical and business skills, with ability to author detailed functional and non-functional requirements
• Strategic, creative thinker who can balance short term operating needs with longer term strategic initiatives
• Experience directly managing and leading cross functional teams
• Strong track record of setting and achieving goals
• Interest in the art community is a plus. Must also posses a strong understanding of online community dynamics and behavior
• BA/BS/MS/MBA from a top university with proven quantitative and analytical skills
