The manager is responsible for supporting direct sold digital media campaigns and assisting with programmatic media offering. Making technical recommendations for campaign delivery, and tagging and troubleshooting with 3rd party vendors. As well as maintaining existing relationships with programmatic SSPs and exchanges, and developing and vetting new partnerships opportunities, and documenting processes.


Assist with Direct and Programmatic media offering and day-to-day campaign management.

Deliver thorough campaign analysis and yield optimization reports, which ensure the smooth delivery of Direct and programmatic media buys.
Develop and maintain expertise on industry trends and best practices as it relates to display advertising, mobile advertising, and ad tech.
Oversee and create custom packaging for guaranteed and preferred deals 
Build and Maintain strong working relationships with buyers and exchanges.
Coordinate custom ad builds with internal DevOps and Design teams.
Coordinate and be prepared to deal with monthly billing reconciliations for both direct sold media and programmatic partners.

Basic Qualifications

At least 2-3 years experience working in programmatic related role 
Candidates should understand how basic digital media campaigns and programmatic media buying works including experience/understanding of RTB campaign management, DSP and SSP models, and ad delivery troubleshooting. 
Experience with SPPs (Pubmatic, Rubicon, AdX, OpenX) is preferred. 
Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel 
Campaign management with DoubleClick for Publishers or other ad servers 
2 – 3 years of experience in digital media, digital project management, or related field 
Ability to effectively collaborate with internal and external teams 
Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, or Relevant Field
