DeviantArt's Marketing team is seeking a self-starting Marketing Manager who wishes to join a team of geeky individuals and assist in all levels of workplace organization.  The ideal candidate would be all four Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles rolled into one.

Leonardo - A leader in project management:

  • Keeps track of follow-up action points from meetings and conference calls
  • Performs follow-up with other employees related to their projects and tasks
  • Researches and documents new products, business ideas, services, and events

Michaelangelo - A dude in tune with listening to the community:

  • Monitors online community issues, trends, and activity
  • Assists with writing and proofreading internal and external communications
  • Assists with the development and execution of new promotional campaigns
  • Performs data collection and analysis

Raphael - A cool head in the workplace, carrying out advertising sales tasks and duties:

  • Works closely with DeviantArt's Advertising Sales team to research, brainstorm, and execute campaigns and integrations
  • Manages the day-to-day development of campaigns and integrations
  • Responds to user questions and concerns as related to campaigns and integrations
  • Coordinates with DeviantArt's Studio team to ensure creative expectations and deadlines are met
  • Coordinates with DeviantArt's Devious Technology team to plan any needed special technical needs

Donatello - A team player who knows their way around a computer:

  • Must be highly computer and Internet savvy
  • Must have a strong working knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, Tumblr, and Instagram
  • Must have a strong working knowledge of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and Photoshop a plus
  • Excellent English communication skills
  • An incredibly competent and imaginative writer
  • Self-motivated, driven, and able to articulate his/her vision
  • Must be able to multitask, have a positive attitude, and sense of humor
  • Capable of working independently as well as part of a team
  • Must exercise good judgment in handling confidential/sensitive information
